How should I choose the best size for me?We have a size guide that serves as a general guideline to help you find your size at KREETY. We have a wide range of silhouettes and product categories so each style will have different exact measurements. If you have any questions about a specific styles measurements you can always contact us and we will be more than happy to help you find your perfect size. You can email us at kreety2020@gmail.com with any questions. Please include your bust, waist and hip measurements so we are able to help as efficiently as possible.

What is the status of my order?Once you have received your shipping confirmation e-mail you can click on the tracking link provided to see the status of your delivery. Please note it can take up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear. Any information about back ordered or canceled items will be included in a separate email.

What if my package is lost?If your package gets lost in transit, please send us an email right away at kreety2020@gmail.com or give us a call during our business hours at +852 56083425. We will file a claim and do what we can to take care of it as quickly as possible. *Please note:If a package has been delivered to the correct shipping address that was provided at checkout, or was signed for we cannot be held responsible for those lost or stolen packages.

How do I place a order?Upon placing an order, a receipt is automatically emailed confirming purchase intent. This receipt does not constitute a contract, and orders may be canceled at any time due to inability to authorize a credit card, suspicion of fraudulent intent, discovery of an incorrectly priced item, insufficient stock, or any other reason, as we see fit. Please note that KREETY Clothing shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders, whether or not your credit card has been charged. If your credit card has already been charged and your order is canceled, KREETY shall issue a refund to your credit card account for the amount you paid. KREETY cannot guarantee that all items included in the shop are in stock at the time of your order. If an item is unavailable, the KREETY Customer Service team will notify you in a timely manner. KREETY reserves the right to amend content of the site at any time. KREETY will always strive to keep all of the information on the site as accurate as possible, including images and pricing, but errors can occur. KREETY reserves the right to cancel any order prior to shipping, should we find an error in pricing.

How many methods you are accepted in the payment?KREETY accepts the following forms of payment: Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, Apple Pay and offline payment. If your payment method was declined, you may have entered your information incorrectly or there may be other issues with the card like a passed expiration date or insufficient funds. Please try a new payment method and contact your financial institution for more information if you continue to experience difficulties with your payment. *Please note, PayPal is unavailable to customers in Turkey.

What is the Payment Process?When you place an order on KREETY, your credit or debit card is initially authorized (not charged) to ensure funds for the order are available. This authorization hold (not charge) will occur every 7 business days until your order ships. You will be charged when your order, or a portion of your order, has shipped. You will only be charged for the items that are shipped, along with applicable shipping and tax rates.

Did you included the Sales Tax?We are required to collect sales tax in all states as required. The tax rate applied to your order will generally be the combined state and local rate for the address to which your order is shipped. We are required to collect tax on shipping charges when applicable. We are also required to collect tax in Puerto Rico and Australia.

When will my order ship?Most in-stock items will ship within 3-7 business days of ordering. When your order ships, we will send you a shipping notification email with tracking information. Orders may be split across multiple shipments, and items ordered together may not be shipped on the same day. Shipping costs will be allocated across shipments, based on their value, but the total amount paid for shipping will never exceed the shipping cost total provided to you at checkout.Occasionally, items may be out of stock and will be canceled from your order. You will be notified by email about any cancellation. We will not charge you for items that are canceled.

Return PolicyWe want you to be happy with your purchase, which is why we accept returns that are in the same condition as when shipped and that do not fall within any of the categories described in the next sentence. We do not issue refunds or accept returns or exchanges on any items listed as "Final Sale" on the checkout page, special items (e.g., Vintage, Sample, ID, Custom, Defect, Pre-Release), any used items or any items shipped to a freight forwarder or a delivery address in the People's Republic of China. All purchases of such items are FINAL SALE and we do not issue refunds or accept returns for such purchases.

Returning & Exchanging the online orderReturns and exchanges are free for HK Customers! To return or exchange items purchased on KREETY, follow these easy steps: Find Your Order Number If you have a KREETY account, sign in and go to your Order History. Select the order you want to return or exchange and click View Details. Next click the Create a Return or Exchange button - now you're ready to start the process! Don't have a KREETY account yet? Guest orders and orders received as gifts can be found by checking Order Status. Print Your Return Label After you've created a return or exchange, follow the instructions to print your free pre-paid return shipping label. When complete, you'll receive an email with tracking information and a copy of your return label just in case you need it. Attach Return Label Next, get your package ready to mail back to us. Add your items and tape your package securely. Make sure to remove or cover the original shipping label and attach your new return label to the package. You’re all set! Just schedule a pickup or drop off at any authorized facility for the designated carrier on your shipping label. If you are returning items from a multiple orders, please start a return for all items and include the packing list from each order in your package. Return shipping labels are only available for orders shipping to the continental US and no additional postage is required. Please allow approximately 1-2 weeks for return processing. You will receive a refund notification from us when your return has been processed, and refunds will take an additional 1-3 business days to credit back to your original form of payment. Exchanges If you are exchanging your items, please make sure to send back any items you’re returning within 30 days to avoid being charged. Your exchange order will be processed immediately so you can get your new items ASAP !

Lost Packing ListsIf you've lost your packing slip and you are the original purchaser, you'll receive a new packing list when you create your return online. If you'd like to return to stores, click on the order you wish to return, print out the Order Summary page and bring it with you to the store. If you need a new pre-paid return label or if you are not the original purchaser, please contact us at +852 56083425 for assistance. Please provide either the order number or the name of the purchaser and shipping address so we are able to locate the original order.
